This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs Customer’s access or restricts use of, or use, or receipt of www.seocoadvisor.com services and Customer's access or use of www.seocoadvisor.com Technology (defined below).
1.    Definitions. Capitalized terms in this “AUP,” have the following meanings:
a.    “www.seocoadvisor.com ” means SEO Solutions LLC, its Affiliates,  & AI, “Artificial Intelligence.”
b.    “Customer” means a legal entity as defined in The TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT for www.seocoadvisor.com in association with this AUP for purchases or uses of www.seocoadvisor.com services (including professional and legal, certified either by self or by Institution, providing equal service requirements under AUP regulated by Terms and Conditions Agreement for SEO Solutions LLC).
c.    “www.seocoadvisor.com Technology” means the technology and intellectual property used in providing any products and services offered by www.seocoadvisor.com, including computer software programs, connectors, websites, networks, preparation of forms and equipment or as classified by the State of Colorado to be , “Goods and Services,” definition. www.seocoadvisor.com Technology does not include third-party application software for sale but does not limit usage of Third Party or Affiliates associated to You on Your Account.
d.    “Affiliate” means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with www.seocoadvisor.com. For this definition, “control” means direct or indirect Authorization by You and SEO Solutions LLC of any Third-Party Entity Account Established by this Agreement and Regulated by The Terms and Conditions Agreement on www.seocoadvisor.com of the subject entity being You or as Identified in Terms and Conditions Agreement for ALL PRODUCTS under Terms and Conditions Agreement overseeing this AUP for all Legal and Binding purposes.
Use of the Services. Customer shall not:
e.    Interfere or attempt to interfere with the functionality, integrity, or performance of www.seocoadvisor.com or www.seocoadvisor.com Technology; Or Third Party Agreements by You and www.seocoadvisor.com to provide a service or Product using this AUP. You must adhere to these Rules and Regulations established and regulated by Terms and Conditions Agreement.
f.    Upload material to www.seocoadvisor.com services or the www.seocoadvisor.com Technology, or use www.seocoadvisor.com services to store or transmit material, in violation of a third party’s rights;
g.    Upload Malware to the www.seocoadvisor.com Technology or use www.seocoadvisor.com services to store, transmit, or distribute any Malware;
Shared Resources. Customer may not use www.seocoadvisor.com services or www.seocoadvisor.com Technology in a way that unnecessarily interferes with normal operation, or that consumes a disproportionate share of www.seocoadvisor.com resources. For example, www.seocoadvisor.com may require Customer to repair a coding abnormality in its integration code if such abnormality causes unnecessary conflicts with other customers’ use of www.seocoadvisor.com Technology or www.seocoadvisor.com services. Customer agrees that www.seocoadvisor.com may quarantine or delete any data stored on www.seocoadvisor.com services or www.seocoadvisor.com Technology if the data is (i) infected with any Malware or is corrupted, or (ii) has the potential to infect or corrupt (x) www.seocoadvisor.com Technology or www.seocoadvisor.com services or (y) third-party data that is stored or accessed via www.seocoadvisor.com Technology or www.seocoadvisor.com services. Customer shall comply with any written security or network access requirements that www.seocoadvisor.com provides to Customer in connection with its use of the services regulated by The Terms and Conditions Agreement for SEO Solutions LLC.
2.    Other Networks. Customer must comply with the rules of any other system or network it accesses when using www.seocoadvisor.com services.
3.    Abuse. Customer shall not use www.seocoadvisor.com services or www.seocoadvisor.com Technology to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including:

a.    Unauthorized monitoring, access to, or use of data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network;
b.    Interference with service to any user of the www.seocoadvisor.com Technology or www.seocoadvisor.com ‘s services through a denial of service attack;
c.    Use of an internet account or computer without the owner’s authorization;
d.    Collecting or using email addresses, screen names, or other identifiers without the consent of the person identified (including phishing, internet scamming, password robbery, spidering, and harvesting);
e.    Collecting or using information without the consent of the owner of the information;
f.    Use of any false, misleading, or deceptive TCP/IP packet header information in an email or a newsgroup posting;
g.    Engaging in any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against www.seocoadvisor.com Technology or www.seocoadvisor.com or www.seocoadvisor.com Affiliates’ employees, officers, directors, or agents, including engaging in behavior that results in any www.seocoadvisor.com service or service provider being the target of a denial of service attack.
Offensive Content. Customer shall not publish, transmit, or store, on or via the www.seocoadvisor.com Technology, www.seocoadvisor.com services, or any service provider’s technology or system, any content or links to any content that www.seocoadvisor.com reasonably believes:
h.    Is obscene;
i.    Contains harassing content or hate speech, or is violent, incites violence, or threatens violence;
j.    Is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction;
k.    Is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy;
l.    Creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, is contrary to applicable law, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement;
m.    Improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person or entity;
n.    Is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections;
o.    Infringes on another person’s or entity’s copyright, trade or service mark, patent, or other property right;
p.    Is illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to Customer or to www.seocoadvisor.com or its Affiliates; or
q.    Is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against www.seocoadvisor.com or its Affiliates by offended viewers or recipients.
Service Suspension or Termination. If Customer violates this AUP, www.seocoadvisor.com may suspend or terminate Customer’s access to and use of WWW.SEOCOADVISOR.COM services. Customer is not entitled to any credit or other compensation for any interruption or termination of service resulting from Customer’s AUP violation.
